The samples of this research are from elementary/junior high school students by “paper questionnaire” method. There are 1224 questionnaires issued, 1216 questionnaires were recovered, contains 1159 valid and 57 invalid questionnaires. The valid recycle rate is 95.3%. “Internet using behavior” and “Internet addiction level” are the main subjects of this questionnaire and all the data are analyzed by “SPSS 21.” This research used “descriptive statistics”, “t-test”, “one-way ANOVA”, and “Chi-square test” to analysis. The major results of this study are as the following: 1. Boys tend to be addicted in surfing than girls. 2. Junior and sophomore of junior high school students are especially addicted in surfing. 3. School class number between 7 to 12 has higher internet addicted rate than others. 4. Surfing time is positive related to internet addiction. 5. Information acquiring and data searching tend low relation to internet addiction; while data downloading, playing online games, chatting-social, shopping and killing time tend high relation to internet addiction. 6. There is quiet influence level of internet addiction on parents’ attitude. 7. Students tend to be addicted in surfing being with colleagues urge. 8. Students tend to be addicted in internet if they have some purpose on surfing with colleague often. 9. Students who like to do same activities with colleagues on internet tend to be addicted. Base on the investigation results above, teachers should use the advantage of the wide spread of smart device to urge students to take more positive internet activities, and properly use the internet resource on studying. Educational units should also develop more suitable e-learning educational internet platform for students, the benefits will be definitely huge. And schools should also deliver correct internet using behavior by holding educational speeches, encourage parents to make internet using rules with children, limit the time of using internet, and concern their internet behavior more.
