Combining with international network and studying platform, mobile devices can be a powerful tool for data collection, theme recording, and further opinion communication and composition review between educators and students. This work used experimental method, and the studying samples contained 59 students from two fifth grade classes in the elementary school from east district of Tainan city. The students were divided into experimental and control groups, which contain 30 and 29 students, respectively. The compositions include three different modes, e.g. applied genre (letter), exposition, and argument. Moreover, rating scale and writing attitude feedback scale were used to evaluate the efficiency of writing learning. Preliminary results indicate that it shows significantly positive relationship between the mobile learning writing education and the efficiency of writing learning in the rating scale of basic capability, structural organization, words and sentences, and content. Based on the advantages of mobile devices, including convenience of data collection, portability, and flexibility, mobile learning writing education can improve the inherent shortcomings of traditional writing education previously. Finally, we proposed some critical comments for the study of writing education combining with mobile devices in the future. Ping-Feng Chao Cheng-Ming Yang 趙品灃 楊振銘 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 126 zh-TW
