Summary: | 碩士 === 康寧大學 === 休閒管理研究所 === 103 === The study mainly aimed to find the influence of sporting intervention on children’s physical development, and compare the differences of physical development among children sporting or not. Based on quasi-experiment, the study took the author’s kindergarten students in Class 2 of Mixed Ages from 4 years to 5 years as subjects, which were divided into Experimental Group (EG) and Control Group (CG). EG had taken the 8-week self-designed sporting course, while CG had not. Tests were conducted both before and after sporting course between the two groups, to compare the differences of physical development. According to the experiment findings, children who had taken sporting course have better physical development than those who hadn’t, and sporting course has positive influence on physical development.
