碩士 === 康寧大學 === 休閒管理研究所 === 103 === The purpose of this study is to explore the learning efficienty affected by baseball coaches’ leadership behavior and team cohesion in junior high schools. Furthermore, it aims to examine whether team cohesion of different background variables will show significant differences and the relationship between the above mentioned. The subjects of this study are players who joined junior high school student baseball federation in Kaohsiung in 2014. A total of 200 questionaires based on the Leadership Scale for Sport were distributed and 185 were collected from the respondents, among which 168 were valid. The valid response rate was 91%. The collected information was processed and analyzed by adopting descriptive statistics, the t test for independent samples, and the analysis of variances and the Pearson’s product moment coefficient with the help of the statistical software─SPSS For Windows. The following are the results: 1. Baseball players in junior high schools of different background variables show significant difference in the perception of coaches’ leadership behaviors. 2. Baseball players in junior high schools of different background variables show significant difference in team cohesion. 3. The relationship between coaches’ leadership behavior and team cohesion of junior high school baseball players is positively correlated. 4. Coaches’ leadership behavior of junior high school baseball players can effectively reveal team cohesion.
