It has become worse about children’s health caused by insufficient mobilization. Some side effects such as obesity, bad body strength and attentive deficiency are coming to being increasingly. The study was conducted to understand whether the children’s physical fitness and attentiveness were improved with 12-week’s Run-Walk Exercise. Eight students of 5th grade, 4boys and 4girls, were the subjects in the study. The students participated in a Run-Walk Exercise, which was held 10 minutes a time, 3 times a week. Some tests were conducted before and after the experiment on the physical fitness and attentiveness. The results were analyzed with paired sample T-test by SPSS (ver. 22.0). The results of the tests are as follows. 1. After 12-week’s Run-Walk Exercise, significant differences were observed on the four physical fitness indicators - students’ flexibility, impulsiveness, the muscular strength and endurance, and the cardiovascular fitness. However, the body quality index did not advance significantly. 2. After 12-week’s Run-Walk Exercise, attentiveness of the students was improved visibly.
