Summary: | 碩士 === 康寧大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 103 === This thesis is to discuss the correlation of anger management, interpersonal intelligence and efficiency of school among elementary school teachers in Changhua City. The study is conducted by means of purposive sampling, with 340 questionnaires distributed. 316 valid questionnaires were collected and the response rate was 92.9%. Statistical methods such as Descriptive Statistics, T-Test, ANOVA, Pearsson product-moment correlation, and Regression Analysis are then employed to analyze the collected data. Research findings showed that:
1. One the whole, the level of anger management of elementary school teachers in Changhua City is higher-intermediate.
2. One the whole, the level of interpersonal intelligence of elementary school teachers in Changhua city is higher-intermediate.
3. One the whole, the level of anger management of elementary school teachers in Changhua city is higher-intermediate.
4. In terms of anger management, there is a distinct difference among elementary school teachers in Changhua City, who differ in “age”, “gender”, “years of teaching experience”, “class size” and “marital status”.
5. In terms of interpersonal intelligence, there is a distinct difference among elementary school teachers in Changhua City, who differ in “age”, “gender”, “years of teaching experience”, “class size” and “marital status”.
6. In terms of efficiency of school, there is a distinct difference among elementary school teachers in Changhua City, who differ in “age”, “gender”, “years of teaching experience”, “class size” and “marital status”.
7. The anger management of elementary school teachers in Changhua City reveals a positive effect on efficiency of school.
8. The interpersonal intelligence of elementary school teachers in Changhua City reveal a positive effect on efficiency of school.
9. The anger management and the interpersonal intelligence of elementary school teachers in Changhua City reveal a positive effect on efficiency of school.
