Findings based on the grey relational Taguchi method, the lowest electrical resistivity of AZO/glass films to be about 3.4 mΩ-cm, and visible range optical transmittance about 88%. By applying annealing, the AZO films show decreased electrical resistivity due to there is an increase in the Hall mobility and the carrier concentration. With a thin TiO2 compact layer (40, 70, 100 nm) to prevent charge recombination, a higher short circuit current density is obtained.
