In first part, the antenna structure is composed of a tree type monopole antenna to provide the two higher frequencies bands for WLAN 2400MHz and 5000MHz protocols applications, while it also works as the proximity coupling feeding network for the second meander-line type radiator which is situated on the opposite side of the substrate. The second part of the meander-line type radiator has triple operating frequency bands that cover the LTE Band 2, LTE Band 11, LTE Band 28 protocols application; The first tree type monopole antenna is fed by transmission line, and the meander-line structure is used to reduce the antenna size. The antenna prototype has been fabricated on the FR-4 substrate with a size of 39.5 mm x 15.9 mm. The complete multiband planar antenna measurements showed good impedance matching, and applicable radiation gain. The noticeable originalities exhibited in this proposed antenna include the handiwork of shaped multiband meander-line monopole and the use of broad-bend proximity coupling mechanism.
