Description
Summary:碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 103 === Over the last 10 years, many researches have worked on organization commitment, job satisfaction, and turnover intention, three constructs usually discussed in the area of organization management. However, an integrated reanalysis of the relationships among the three has not been proposed up to the present. Thus, this paper aims to review the relevant literature by meta-analysis. The results show that: (a) as far as the overall constructs or dimensions of constructs are concerned, organization commitment and job satisfaction have medium or large negative correlation with turnover intention; (b) the correlation between turnover intention and organization commitment is equal to that of job satisfaction; (c) the correlation between organization commitment and job satisfaction is rather large ; (d) work itself and salary, relative to the other dimensions of job satisfaction, have correlation with turnover intention; (e) these pairs of correlation between the dimensions of organization commitment and turnover intention have no significant difference. Some of the findings are not consistent with previous researches. Furthermore, discussions and implications are given in this article.
