However, given what has been understood as a man’s position in workplace, as well as other tradition values, women have had to pay a big price blending in to the group while trying to maintain the characteristic or when feeling the choice between family or work. Therefore, many female members of the military have not been able to adjust to the “special” military culture and have decided to resign. It does not cut expense for the national defense budget when people leave the military. On the contrary, the expenditure of time, human power and money for the qualified certification of members who then leave us a there can be no delay in seeking to raise the rate of re-sign and stop brain drain. This research is discussing whether the willingness of female members to stay in the military might be affected by any personal characteristic as well as family background. By taking the female officers and petty officers in the troops of the Air Defense Artillery as samples-sending them a questionnaire and using SPSS (AMOS included) statistic product and service solution software to analyze - the government hopes to provide the military with research result that could be used as reference in order to raise the re-signing rate of female military members. 李義昭 鄭魁香 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 86 zh-TW
