This shows that the consumption capacity of seniors should not to be sniffed at. The demand for tourism signifies that the government and the tourism market attach great importance to it. The government and the tourism market attach great importance to the demand for tourism. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the outbound travel motivation and constraint factors of elderly teachers over 50. A qualitative research referring to the past studies and in-depth interviews for the particularity, motivation, constraint factors and oncoming outbound travel expectations of elderly teachers in the elementary school, and make relevant recommendations and practices. According to 8 interviewees, the results of the study are as follows: (a) The elderly teachers consider that "Travel quality" and "Time" are most in need on outbound travel, the topic of "cultural tourism" attracts them deeply. In addition, "Leisure and recreation", "Ecotourism" and "Historic spots" are in the good graces of them, half of the teachers were revisited those tourist sights. (b) The chief motive of tourism is "Relax" and "Edifying experience", half of the elderly teachers agree the motive of "Promote the emotion of family". (c) The constraint factors of tourism are "Security", "Lack of companionship" and "Negative experiences". (d) Outbound tourism is really help in their teaching. They will buy the famous products as a teaching aid and reward for their students. (e) They want to feel the itinerary like "The beauty of snow", "Different life styles", "Cycling tour" and "Railway travel" in the future. At present, they can't join the trip because "Time involved" and "Family".
