| Summary: | 碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 103 === Living in the generation of developed technology, medical care and medicines, for those fast-growing aging population, the mental demands are growing when the physiology is satisfied with medical care. Elderly learning institutions in pursuit of a better quality of life for the targets have emerged. Another aspect, in elementary schools and junior high schools because of the trend of low-birth rate caused the classrooms and the resource idled. In view of this, this study found a can integrate all the innovation model. This study investigate the feasibility of the cooperation between an elderly education institution with innovation operation-elderly elementary school and those elementary schools in response to the crisis of the low-birth rate.
This study find out the conditions of establishing the aged elementary school - community class for the elderly, including facilities, time planning and marketing strategy；and have business and school both two angles for consideration through the investigation of the feasibility of the collaboration between industry and school. And then understand the opinions of the people in elementary schools and potential customers in community, and the feasibility of the collaboration between community classes for the elderly and elementary schools via questionnaires and qualitative interviews.
The study found that most of the people in elementary schools and potential customers in community are agree with the content planning and the feasibility of the collaboration between community classes for the elderly and elementary schools of the aged elementary school - community class for the elderly；and the facilities, time planning, special courses, marketing strategies...have a positive impact on the intention of whether to participate in the classes for the elderly, especially the marketing strategies. Finally, this study make suggestions based on the research results, hoping to give a reference orientation when the corporations, schools and governments are promoting elderly teaching.
