To achieve the above purpose of the study, the study adopted questionnaire. First, collect personality trait, emotional intelligence and innovation literature teaching, analyze finishing as the theoretical basis of this study; secondly, take home-made questionnaire titled with "elementary school teachers personality trait, emotional intelligence influence on innovative teaching " as a tool to Tainan City public elementary schools teacher for the object, the implementation of the survey, 350 teachers were taken as samples, recovered 333 valid questionnaires, and finally to conduct statistical data analysis software package, the results are as follows: 1.Tainan City elementary school teachers perceived personality trait, emotional intelligence and innovation status of teaching is good. 2. the elementary school teachers from different backgrounds variables in the perception of innovative teaching, level of education only some significant differences in the innovative teaching. 3.the elementary school teachers' personality trait, emotional intelligence for innovative teaching was significantly positively correlated. Finally, the study on the basis of these results, make recommendations, to serve for the educational authorities and subsequent researchers reference.
