| Summary: | 碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 建築研究所 === 103 === The Image Circles was the study subject. After being identified in the literature review method, the evaluation factors relevant with the Image Circles were screened in the fuzzy Delphi method (FDM) of the expert evaluation approach and the non-fuzzy weight value of the evaluation factors and indicators were figured out in the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). In phase two, how the users and managers of the Image Circles valued the evaluation factors in this study was known using the questionnaire. And then the results in respects of experts and users were compared and analyzed.
