There are many types of speaker design, the most common three types are closed box, bass-reflex speakers and a passive radiator-type speakers, this thesis will illustrate the research on how the different irregular shape tubes worked on the bass reflex loudspeaker in the fixed volume, explore the tube length and diameter, shape, effects on impedance curve, frequency response and distortion, these principles and analysis results may provide the design basis for bass reflex speakers in the future.
