Getting the effective strategies in human resource management needs the supporting from employees who are the keys for the company. The purpose of the thesis is to improve the relationship between managers and employees through the human resource management strategies. This study shows the factors that effect to the human resource management strategy such as human resource management practice, human resource management performance, finance, behaviors and human resource outcomes. Based on the found out these factors the managers know how to manage their employees and keep them going forward and devote for company. By applying Guest Model and using SPSS software, the researcher designed questionnaire after observing and investigating the current situation of employees, 150 employees answered questionnaire and then statistical analysis by Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, Regression, Correlation and ANOVA. The researcher found out some strategies about human resource management practice, human resource management performance, finance and behavior that all supported to the strategic human resource management by this formula: HRM Strategy Factors = (3.800) + 0.232 HRM Practice Factors + 0.245 Finance Factors + 0.262 HRM Outcomes Factors + 0.185 Behavior Factors + 0.361 HRM Performance Factors. Thus, to develop a business the managers should base on these factors to built the strategies that suitable for the employees and the managers also depend on the employee’s abilities to have effective strategies that encourage more and more employees devote for this business.
