The main purpose of this paper is to evaluation of performance measure for green supply chain partners in U.S.A logistics industry using Data development annalysis. To conduct a valid and reliable evaluation process while applying the logistics companies case in U.S.A, we integrated the slacks-based measure of super efficiency (super-SBM) and Malmquist index to directly handle the slacks, explore best performer, analyzed the inter- temporal efficiency change, which is decomposed into ‘catch-up’ and ‘frontier-shift’ effects and find influential factors in selecting green supply chain partners (GSCPs) criteria. The selected companies were chosen from the Inbound Logistics based on their 4 years financial reports from 2010 to 2013. Based on the Super SBM model, we obtain proper scores and find the most efficient company. The results show that most GSCPs have higher efficiency and contribute more effort to improving technical change during 2010-2013. Decision making unit is also presented to help the GSCPs managerial power position themselves in the industry. By comparing the efficiency of GSCPs in logistics industry , this research provides a approach of decision-making information in logistics as well as contribute to reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in environmental protection.
