| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 高階經營管理研究所碩士在職專班 === 103 === An activity wants to do high-quality、outstanding，not only a single organization and the elements created,but also to develop a unique management model.In this study, the case of〝Really want a home〞charity road race.The project Management Association (2004) proposed project management of the five processes and nine knowledge areas .Starting from the five processes induding planning,implementation,monitoring,case closing and integrated management of nine knowledge management,The areas were the management,time management,cost management,quality management,human resources management,communication management, risk management and procurement management. We used the literatur analysis and project Management to explore for〝Really want a home〞charity road race.
Marathon project management model includes five procedures of beginning, planning, excuting, monitoring, and case closing. By integrating the nine knowledge areas of project management, introducing systematic management, giving proper evaluation and making up improvement plan, the case may clearly realize its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and the solution adapted to the problem while facing the changing environment and organization; moreover, it allows the organization to develop and make progress.
