This study used questionnaires and field interviews, and clinical nurses Kaohsiung Medical College to teach in an area of study. In this study, purposive sampling method, 150 questionnaires distributed, 140 valid questionnaires meter parts, response rate was 93.33%. In this study, reliability analysis, statistical analysis descriptive statistics, percentage, cross analysis, data analysis and field interviews.
