A theoretical model was constructed to validate the relationship between variables. The data were collected by questionnaire, and the four hypotheses were analyzed and tested by causal path of theoretical model. The subjects were security personnel of correctional institution in the Agency of Corrections, MOJ, in the Southern District. Seven correctional institutions were selected by random sampling, and 250 questionnaires were distributed. A total of 203 valid samples were retrieved, with a valid return rate of 81.2%. After empirical analysis, the following conclusions were obtained: 1. Distributive justice has a positive significantly influence on job involvement of security personnel of correctional institutions. 2. Procedural justice has a positive significantly influence on job involvement of security personnel of correctional institutions. 3. Interactional justice has a positive significantly influence on job involvement of security personnel of correctional institutions. 4. Job involvement has a positive significantly influence on job satisfaction of security personnel of correctional institutions. Based on the results, relevant suggestions are proposed to competent authorities and future researchers in the field of organizational justice, job involvement and job satisfaction.
