A theoretical model was used to inspect related variables to discuss their relationship, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect related data. Moreover, different background variables were compared in organizational justice, job involvement and organizational commitment, in order to discuss the correlation among organizational justice, job involvement and organizational commitment. The insurance salespersons in Kaohsiung area were treated as subjects. The hypotheses were tested by regression analysis. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed, and 213 valid samples were retrieved, with a valid return rate of 86%. The empirical results showed that the organizational justice of insurance salespersons has a significantly positive influence on job involvement, and the job involvement of insurance salespersons has a significantly positive influence on organizational commitment. In addition, different background variables influence organizational justice, job involvement and organizational commitment on varying degrees. Finally, the findings and implications of this study are proposed.
