For building materials of choice tends to be luxurious and expensive imported stone and decoration, but negligence is home to health requirements. Price, architectural planning, building materials, in addition to lots of excessive developments, but still aren’t completely promotional idea of healthy housing development, so this study aim (environmental location planning, demand characteristics for the occupants of residential nature of the cognition health and actual needs assessment contract benefits). Ren Wu district, Kaohsiung city setting up case on satisfaction of the demander and do detailed research planning approval for construction ,and to further the case of visiting clients. This research first consulting construction company engaged in construction investment in Taiwan, Construction Company and is responsible for assessing the design of architects, advertising agencies and other experts suggested. Research, I purchased 11 occupants to take a random sample surveys. Based on analysis of hierarchy process method (FAHP) evaluation of relative importance, access to the relative weights of the assessment project, and construction of the future programming better reference.
