The high power LED generates more heat with energy will enhance, and the heat generated can cause the life of the LED itself reduced, and make Reduced efficiency, how to discharge there heat, be decided by LED’s cooling Method and the allocation of LED positions. In this paper, first create entity Module, and measuring the temperature by the thermocouples, than combined with the software package COMSOL production simulation module, determine their reliability and reverse LED estimate the heat source position by a genetic algorithm, because arrange source location will affect its temperature, the results show, the temperature difference between the heat source will affect its position, and temperature with genetic algorithms of inverse method can estimate the position of the LED's heat, and improve the power, the temperature difference will increase.
