Because an accident happened, it will be protect your head immediately. Helmet have many type. Protect your head of helmet type only Aurvana helmet. But this type is too heavy for the neck, the purpose of this study is to discuss a safety helmet’s polystyrene by the situation after the collision, combine with carbon fiber composite, hope to use the characteristics of carbon fiber, high strength, light quality, reduce the weight of helmet. Polystyrene is porous material, this study investigate the polystyrene of helmet, and two kinds of different density polystyrene. Discussing the porosity effects of stress and strain.
