The aims of this study were to examine the impact of High Scope Program on the teaching patterns (behavior) and the performance of students, which were discussed in three groups as follows: First, we examined the effects of High Scope Program on innovative teaching method of teacher, science learning attitude and team interaction of students for whom participated in High Scope Program for two consecutive years. Second, we examined the effects of High Scope Program on innovative teaching method of teacher, science learning attitude and team interaction of students for whom participated in or not participated in High Scope Program. Third, we examined the impact of High Scope Program on teaching behavior patterns of the teachers who participated in High Scope Program for two consecutive years. The main findings of this study are as follows: First, after participating in High Scope Program, the overall performances of the students were better and interactive group team of the students showed an upward trend. Second, The High Scope Program had positive (plus) effects on the innovative teaching method of teachers, students' scientific learning attitude and students' team interaction implement. Third, the teaching methods of the teachers had transformed from the traditional lecture type into research spontaneity of students, and to inspire students for taking the initiative to Discovery. In summary, the authors hope that this study can provide a good reference for scientific education program and science policy in the future.
