Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系博碩士班 === 103 === The mobile wireless network had been rapidly developing for the past few years. Because of the growing number of mobile applications, people strongly desire for ubiquitous network. The LTE systems proposed by 3GPP. Nowadays, most countries of the world were used FDD in LTE systems. There is a problem which is LTE systems were affected due to the greatly increasing of the downlink traffic. It means based station (eNB) has to face the challenge that how to schedule the resource block to meet each user. To solve this, LTE uses QoS characteristics to define QCI (QoS Class Identifier). Thus, it became very important that how to schedule with different QoS demand.
In this paper, we proposed Multi-class Packet Scheduling with Minimum-bandwidth Requirements (MPSMR) algorithm to provide GBR/non-GBR minimum-bandwidth requirement. MPSMR can reach the QoS target for real-time traffic and improve the cell throughput. The simulation results show the MSMR algorithm CDF of one way packet delay, packet loss rate and cell throughput. MSMR provides a semi-persistent scheduling for VoIP services, and the simulation results show that reducing the L1 / L2 control overhead to improve the cell throughput.
