For this reason, the research except thinks about appropriately useful moments on the traffic signal systems, for describing the point in “if switches the traffic lights have no car on the way, makes cars pass the way on the green signal without a hitch”. The research is presently aimed at traffic lights’ operating modes, it is at a distance from joining some sensors near crossroads. It is a regular situation in rush hour; If some cars pass from changing lights on steady time through voluntarily measuring to change lights smartly in the off-peak time, and regulate traffic lights and seconds to exchange between the main roads and the branch roads. In addition to greatly reduce the cost of the equipment, on the other hand the drivers don’t spend more time waiting lights in the absence of lateral vehicle lane. It can shorten the waiting time of traffic lights for motorists, to avoid wasting time and gasoline to wait in vain for the red light, causing too much carbon dioxide emissions.
