Therefore this research aim is inquiring into Taiwan and United States n business company training mode and structure, and compare Taiwan and the United States business company training mode and structure, besides also inquire into its training mode and structure to work results and retention of influence. This study was to investigate the two companies education and training model and architecture, and the use of qualitative research, including literature review and semi-structured interviews. Count eight interviewees, mainly in human resources manager, employer executives, senior staff and new employees.In this study, the interview results, the impact of Taiwan and American companies work education and training model for better performance found that the overall model should take A company's model, and then add external lecturers teach the proportion of the overall pattern will become more batter. From education and training to explore the architecture, this one focuses on the two architectures require each and rank the ability to education and training, focusing on management skills, and the other is focused on developing core competencies. To explore the retention side, a considerable number of factors that affect retention, proper education and training, naturally allows employees to quickly enter the situation, and thus enhance the retention degrees.
