| Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 視覺傳達設計研究所 === 103 === Through literature review, this research-based creation has categorized the traditional Quinceanera. Then, apply the results and thoughts on the creation of the blessing lighting fixtures.
This research-based creation has attempted to aim from the graphs on the “Qi Niew Ma’s Pavilion”, since there are plenty of researches and creations based on the ceremony. From literature reviews, I have found the most symbolic items or ritual ceremonies, and then turned them into paper cuttings.
The literature review section discusses from the seasonal observances and organizes the meanings of the light fixture development and the implement of graphic symbols. Meanwhile, categorizing the traditional graphs from the“Qi Niew Ma’s Pavilion“ which like “ Plants,” “Animal Symbols,” “ Deities ” and “ Wares” to discuss and progress.
The final designing demonstration has integrated traditional graphs through paper cutting skills, then combined with light fixtures, and created a combination of product and culture.
