Through literature searching and exploring the advantages and disadvantages of welding technology and the industry's main research using welding methods. However, nowadays Taiwan industries based primarily on experience in welding technology, so different welding technicians are not the same quality of welding. Therefore, the basis of this study is to adjust the welding current for the different materials and thickness of the welding parameters analysis and follow the test method and test specifications for testing, and then integrate the results to develop the optimum welding systems, in order to maintain consistency of quality and safety.
