Description
Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 103 === The 3D printing is one of the adder laminated methods for rapid prototyping. Now, the 3D printing has been widely used in various fields that most used solid, liquid or powder material for three-dimensional finished production. The 3D printing techniques usually use the technology of stack accumulation patterns of hot melt, UV curing, or laser sintering. To apply for the dessert industry, the traditional methods are mostly using mold manufacturing for making dessert, except expensive, the modeling less change is a big problem. This study use the analysis method of AHP hierarchical to analysis of consumer acceptance for dessert products feasibility in the 3D printing industry. This study provided a data-collection and decision-making method for 3D printing dessert products by using AHP analysis, which is simple, rapid and sensitive. The subject is focused on the consumer's acceptance of 3D printing dessert products for using online questionnaire survey to different groups. This result shows that the products with 3D modeling aesthetic are more popular than others.
