The best way to exercise efficiently is to ask professional advice from a coach in the exercise program. However, it is expensive to consult professional advice in long term. A cloud coach system may be a better way to balance between budget limit and exercise performance.
In this study, I would like to provide a cloud coach system to provide exercisers intermediate exercise portfolio, maintain one’s exercise record, refer coach’s prescription according to exercise’s expectation and mental condition, and monitor one’s exercise frequency.
After a twelve-week experiment, the satisfaction questionnaire was made by exerciser to examine the performance of the cloud coach system. The questionnaire was designed according to expectation theory, trust theory and action formula. The results show that there is a significant difference for exercisers to use cloud coach system.
