The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality of teacher education, student trust and learning effect on sport association of elementary school between the movement of the results. Questionnaire was used to Taoyuan City elementary school teacher for the study. The questionnaire is divided into teaching quality, student trust and learning effect, three latent variables. Systematic sampling method completed the investigation, the results of the questionnaire obtained using structural equation model to analyze, explore the relationship between the various variables, the following conclusions: Between teaching quality and student trust presents a significant positive relationship; Did not show a significant positive relationship between the children trust and learning effect; Between teaching quality and learning effect presents a significant positive relationship. Look through the results of this study, the results can be achieved to enhance the quality of teaching and learning effect of children.
