It also drives many business opportunities and dreams for many people. Although there are many successful stories about social networking, but more stories about companies that failed to achieve expected return and even bankruptcy. As the reasons that mentioned, more and more research have explored to the subject of social network and platform in recent years. However, while many studies provide recommendations on how to build, extend and manage social network, few verify the success factors they consider essential for social network. Our study applies structural modeling such as DEMATAL (DecisionMaking Trial and Laboratory Evaluation Laboratory) and DANP (DEMATEL-based ANP) method to obtain the directly and indirectly factors that affecting relationship between the critical success factors. Meanwhile, we use VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) method, which based on an aggregating function representing “closeness to the ideal point”, to measure the performance of practice for i-Social Platform.
