Therefore, a lot’s of International 3C Company has placed an order to Taiwan’s 3C Manufacturing, but due to the rapid change of technology and global competition, 3C manufacturers has faced the R&D and market force and be face to OEM dilemma, how to keep the long-term competitive advantage and improve the industry value is the most important thing for 3C manufacturers. In this study, to find out several points during the 3C industry manufacturers of high-value and create competitive advantage should be mastered through a literature review, and discuss the 3C manufacturing critical success factors by using DEMATEL and AHP. The results of this study are following conclusions: 3C manufacturers should seek to strengthen the management of ERP systems within the organization to improve the operational efficiency and the use of superior resources to develop competitive products, and improve productivity by intelligent manufacturing, lower defect rate, to meet customer higher demand and tight supply chain links to reduce procurement costs and improve customer service quality, in order to create high-value business and competitive advantage.
