However, the unsteady price of fishmeal is the risk that importers need to take when purchasing. To respond the rapid changes of international market, the enterprise operators of the feed supply chain must have innovative business strategies. Therefore, this study aimed to explore a question: if a business operator adopting Co-opetition Behavior will create higher Relationship Benefits for the company both inside and outside, and enhance the Purchasing Performance which contains purchasing quality, cost, and so on. This research takes C group’s staffs of fishmeal purchasing related departments in Taiwan as questionnaire interviewees. Totally, 110 valid questionnaires are returned. Through the Structural Equation Model, SEM, the empirical study shows the three major findings as follows: (1)An obvious positive relationship exists between Co-opetition Behavior and Relationship Benefits. (2)Relationship Benefits also have an obvious positive relationship with Purchasing Performance. (3)The relationship between Co-opetition Behavior and Purchasing Performance is not significant. I hope that the results of the study will be useful for other business while dealing with similar cases. Shih, Chin-Tsun 施錦村 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 60 zh-TW
