In order to achieve this research objective, the first stage of this study takes advantage of systematic questionnaire research method. The sample comes from the current public elementary school teacher who is responsible to the Hakka-Life school in Taoyuan County. This study has distributed 222 questionnaire surveys and there are 221 responses. Since there are 15 invalid responses, the number of effective response is 206. The ratio of effective response to the total distributed surveys is 93%. In the second stage, this study applies the descriptive statistic analysis technique to review the information of respondents’ demographic. The findings show that the sample validity and reliability are statistically significant by a SPSS. Finally, the test of hypotheses based on SEM shows that the positive correlation is statistically significant between the school leadership style and teacher’s participation; the positive correlation is statistically significant between the teacher’s participation and implementation effectiveness; the positive correlation is not statistically significant between school leadership and implementation effectiveness. The contribution of this study is expected to improve the promotion of the Hakka-Life education of the primary school in the future. It is also expected to be the reference for the education policy maker and the primary school teachers. The primary school teachers relate this study to the teaching material of Hakka-Life education.
