In recent years, due to the“E-generation” arrival, the ways of education becomes more informational and technological. Certainly, the development of military education is also inspired. However, reforming military education is more challenging while the condition of national defense budgetary resources, the number of employees, and the structure of the troop are more restricted. As a result, we need to supercede traditional ways of education. In fact, “new thinkings” and “new concepts” are manadatory to plan the future direction of education advancement and to overcome the challenges of this era. The current military education of R.O.C. contains undergraducate education, occupational education and graduate education. The scope of this paper focuses on the undergraduate education. In this paper, we will investigate the reforming and reengineering of military undergraducate education by literature review, professionals interview and SWOT analysis. By learning from the successful experience of the past military universities incorporation, we can then provide specific advices when the military universities reforming and reengineering is reinitiated in the future.
