Japan’s Economic turn out to be better in a year which is attributed from domestic “Abenomics” and slowly recovery of Global Economic. For national defense, the five years development target “The Mid-term Defense Program” for Japanese armed forces was ascertained in Dec.12, and the budget was raised up to 2,467 billion Yen. In the middle of December, Japan approved the new “National Defense Program Outline”, it is aimed to intensify the defense and battle power of west-south islands of Japan. On the other hand, it is also to protect Senkaku Shoto and compete with China which has consistently increased budget for its own national defense. Consequently, the arm race between China and Japan continues.
