In recent years the development for Mobile services has increased at a vi-brant speed. Surprising is that these services, which before targeted computers now are shifting towards the mobile market. This kind of devices are smaller and lighter than its counterparts. Even though these devices are small, they are packed with an awesome performance, and the pace at which they are evolving is trepid. With such specifications people can developed any applications easily, so they have overtaken the computers as service providing tool for the end user due to its convenience. This paper will present an application framework where users can trigger the specified action based on Location, Time, and Event on their mobile device. For example: We set up a situation to avoid influence other people when they are seeing the movie in the cinema. We set the volume of the device to silent, we would use "Location" as a condition and enter the coordinates of the cinema. With this loca-tion then we set the trigger action "Set Volume" to mute the device. This way when we enter the set of coordinates, the system will automatically switch the volume to mute. The application will start on boot up so that the user doesn’t need to manually run it each time the device starts. The user only need to set up which condition( Location, Time, and Event ) will trigger which action in advance. We also provide several pro-files modes for users to choose in order to facilitate the use of the application. The tar-get of this paper is to introduce a framework which can makes people’s daily life more convenient with the use of a simple mobile application.
