The study targeted on the students of public junior high schools in Kaohsiung City. The questionnaire "Integration of iPad into Teaching: the Survey of the Learning Motivation and Learning Satisfaction of Junior High School Students" was the main instrument of the study. Data were analyzed by Descriptive statistics, independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and other methods. The result shows that: 1. The learning motivation and learning satisfaction of junior high school students tend to be positive with the incorporation of iPad in teaching. 2. There are significant differences in learning motivation and learning satisfaction among different background variables, for example, grades, experience in using iPad, number of classes of using iPad, computer skills, etc. 3. Moderate positive correlation is shown between the overall learning motivation and the overall learning satisfaction after iPad integration into teaching. 4. The sub-aspects of the learning motivation of iPad integration into teaching, "learning value" and "achievement motives," significantly predict the result of learning satisfaction, especially the "achievement motives."
