| Summary: | 碩士 === 醒吾科技大學 === 觀光休閒系所 === 103 === With the reforming of socio-economic environment, the loading of present-day becomes more and more heavy SPA treatments hence have provided a healthy escape for a person from stress-ridden life. Resorts offering versatile recreation facilities as well as facilities for SPA treatments continue to gain popularity and, therefore, enlarge the growth of SPA with hospitality industry worldwide.
Taking the SPA consumers of Yuro Spa in Tien Lai Resort Yangmingshan as research tarkets, by questionnaire, we analyze the SPA consumer satisfactions of hardware/software and service quality in northern part of Taiwan. The results show that SPA consumer satisfactions in northern part of Taiwan are ranked as aromatherapy tips, SPA treatment division of the overall environmental and SPA products.
The results of the study are hoping to be helpful to improve service quality in Taiwan SPA industry.
