The questionnaires used in this study takes the elementary school teachers in Taichung City as the population, and convenience sampling is adopted. 421 questionnaires were conducted for reliability and validity analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results of the study introduces--- among the elementary school teachers in Taichung City, work engagement has significant positive influence on teaching efficiency, and dedication owns the highest predictive power; the negative influence of work-family conflict on teaching efficiency is partial established, and family-work conflict has negative influence on teaching efficiency; work-family conflict exercises significant interference effects on the positive influence of work engagement on teaching efficiency, partially established. Moreover, family-work conflict would lower the positive influence of dedication on the preparation of teaching plans, and family-work conflict would also lower the positive influence of dedication on multiple teaching strategies. Based on the results of the study, we suggest the education administration authority to manage more multiple types of workshops, and provide workshops related to emotion management and family counseling. Besides, schools and teachers should build up a big family at school; furthermore, teachers should be encouraged to attend the courses relevant to emotion management and counseling, and attempt to innovate more ways of evaluation.
