The survey research method was adopted. This study employed elementary school teachers in Taichung as the research objectives and a questionnaire survey methodology was conducted. The participants in the study comprised 600 teachers. 591 questionnaires were received with the reply, in which 553 questionnaires were valid, with an overall valid response rate of 92.17%. The statistical techniques were descriptive statistic ,confirmatory factor analysis ,descriptive statistic, multiple regression analysis and other relevant analyses Based on the result, some recommendations were provided in terms of practical applications and for future research. The results are as follows: 1.Challenge stressors has a significant positive effect on extra-role behavior. 2.Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on extra-role behavior. 3.There is a negative moderate effect of self-efficacy on the positive relationship between challenge stressors and extra-role behavior. 4.Hindrance stressors has a significant negative effect on inrole Behavior. 5.Hindrance stressors has a significant negative effect on self-efficacy. 6.Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on inrole Behavior. 7.Self-efficacy is the mediator of hindrance stressors and inrole Behavior.
