This study employed elementary school teachers in Taichung as the research objectives and a questionnaire survey methodology was conducted. The participants in the study comprised 458 teachers. A total of 428 questionnaires were received with the reply, in which 411 questionnaires were valid, with an overall valid response rate of 89.70%. The statistical techniques were item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and then multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the mediator effect. In the conclusion, well-being is the partial mediator of emotional intelligence and teaching effectiveness.
