Summary:碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 社會福利與社會工作學系碩士在職專班 === 103 === Abstract This study adopted a qualitative research method to experiences of preschool educators for guiding the social development of preschoolers based on the polity of preschool curriculum design in social development by the ministry of Education. The researcher interviewed with 7 preschool educators with Montessori teaching approach background. The research findings the experiences of preschool educators for guiding the social development of preschoolers could be categorized as (1) nine items with thoughtful environmental settings (2) respectful oral divisions for children (3) vitality instructions for activities (4) the direction of daily lives (5) etiquette direction (6) teaching by setting examples and love (7) attitude guiding for children (8) the principles for guidance of children (9) emotional guidance. The research suggestions were that the preschool educators should teach by setting examples and love, follow the three principles of free environment, direct preschoolers to develop the seven attitudes and values of self-concept, the three steps of children conflicts, the four stages of children emotion processing. There are future suggestions for preschool educations. Key words: preschool educator, preschool children, social interaction, social development
