This studyhas two purposes: 1, sent toascertainthe attitude ofthose whocareDaycaremeasuressatisfactionDaycareservice selectioncondition, andDaycareservices. 2, the results in addition to providinga referenceinstitutionofformulaDaycareservicesfor personalandcareer development. ResearchersinTaichungfilinglegitimatepublic and privatechild careof infantswhosendcarecenterfor the studyofsamplescollectedquantitative researchclustersurveyapproach,make inferencesbased onthe information collectedandthe resultsobtained byaccreditedhypothesis, and finally the social problemsanalogyfor theubiquitousnatureofsocial facts。
In this study,a total of11well-distributed withinTaichung, parents ofprivatebabysittingcenter, 332questionnaireswere returned317questionnaires, 95% ofrecoveries, of which 314valid questionnaires. The studyresults are as follows:
1. Carersatisfaction withservicesdivided intoKyobosatisfactionand quality, healthandsafety, environment and facilities, fourgardenersrelationshiporiented. Afteranalysis showed that, overall, the organizationTaichungformulacarerofcarebysendinga highaveragesatisfactionDaycareservicesatisfaction。
2. Respondents' BestDaycareserviceimplementationplan, "" FamilyDaycareemploymentcostsubsidy"awareness as a wholeis quite high。
3. Infantcareofsendingreasontoeither one orboth parentsfactorservingthehighest.Inconvenientby theeldersweresequentiallycare, increasedinfantlearning experience, canapply forcarerallowance, becausesingle-parent familiesorparents' separationandother factors.Infantfeedingandcarebeforeinfantsliving conditionsofbothlive with their parentsorthree generationsliving under one roof, other conditionsareDaycareandbabysittingservicesprovided by the Centre, whichKyoboand quality,healthandsafety, environment and facilities, familyrelationshipgarden four, there is no significantrelationship。
4. TeachBabysittingcenterofsecurityand qualitysatisfaction, satisfaction withhealth and safety, environment and facilitiessatisfaction, relationshipsatisfactiongardenersarefourfacetsbecauseBabysittingCentreinfants,theirbrothers andsistersnumber(not includinginfants)andhassignificantdifferences。

8. SendingcaresatisfactionAttitudes towardsDaycaremeasuresandcarerservicesis asignificantcorrelation.Andfound thatthe attitude ofthose whosendcareDaycaremeasuresaremore understandingof theDaycareservicesatisfactionwill be higher, the oppositeattitude tocaremore blurredthefertilitymeasuresforDaycareservicesatisfactionwill belower。
11. In the presentstudy, respondents 31-40years of age,universityeducationandthe mother's identityin the majority,andininfantsChild careexperienceis the first timemost ofthecaredeliveryexperience, butsendcareofinfants and young childrenofbrothers and sisterssendseveralcare, infantcarecenterbetweenhierarchicalsupervision andtheyhavesignificant differences. In this study, infantcarewhensendingthelarger the number ofsiblingsto sendcarea long time,thecenterofahierarchicalBabysittingmonitoringrequirements will behigher。
This study wasbased onresearch and analysisto makeconclusions and makerecommendations tothe FutureDaycareservices closerin line withemploymentandparents'expectations, fromthe central to localconcerted effortto buildareassuring, friendly Daycareenvironment。
