And Hsinchu County East junior High school students for the study guardian.Prepara of parental efficacy and delinquency scale as a research tool.Embodiment ofquestionnaires.Adopt voluntary cluster random sampling selection of classes to extract thestudy sample.A total of 308 valid questionnaires. Analysis of multivariste regression analysisand other ststistical methods for t-test、Analysis of Variance，ANOVA、Multiple Regression，theempirical analysis results are as follows: First, parental efficacy due to the identity of the guardian, age, occupation, education level,marital status and family patterns of different backgrounds vary. Second, adolescent deviant behavior due to guardianship, age, occupation, income, education level, marital status and family type of different backgrounds vary. Third, the guardian of the effectiveness of teaching and learning habits of young people often illegally, academic maladaptive interpersonal and psychological barriers to sexual behavior are related. Fourth, communication effectiveness and teenagers share guardian academic maladaptive interpersonal and psychological barriers to sexual behavior are related. Fifth, the guardian of the effectiveness of behavioral discipline and youth lifestyle often illegally,academic maladaptive interpersonal and psychological barriers to sexual behavior are related. Six, confident parenting ability and academic guardians teen maladaptive interpersonal and psychological barriers to sexual behavior are related. Seven, parenting efficacy and adolescent deviance guardian is mutually reinforcing, so efficacy and parenting adolescents deviant behavior are related in nature. This study concluded according to the findings and recommendations, hoping to increase parental efficacy and reducing juvenile guardian Low deviant behavior of young people, and to achieve a positive cycle.
