Summary: | 碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業設計學系碩士班 === 103 === Australia is the first country to stop producing traditional incandescent lamps in 2009 and gradually forbid to use traditional incandescent lamps in 2010. Moreover, United States followed to replace the traditional incandescent lamps step by step from 2012 with LED lighting. In Taiwan, the first quarter of 2009 overall eliminated incandescent bulbs and switch to LED lighting while discontinue to produce traditional incandescent lamps by the end of 2012.It's the trend that LED lighting replaces the traditional incandescent lamps which contained mercury and wasting electricity. Currently, consumers do not like to buy LED lighting due to high price generated from the labor cost while the LED component price is reducing year by year. The LED component prices cost down year after year, but assembly costs because of labor cost raised year by year, the fewer of parts and simplify the design of a easy assembly, and in respect of non-performing products for maintenance and replacement LED lighting product design is needed the present study was to LED lamps for the study, according to the current structure and assembly methods for analysis and improvement of products. Currently, LED T8 tube products compose of casing、power module、lighting module and electric conduction parts. To join power module、lighting module and connect pins on the casing wires are used by hand-made. Current assembly methods cannot provide good reliability and reduce the labor costs as well as defective rate. This study tries to design the simplified assembly product and cost down the labor cost and reduce the defective products. Maintainable LED lighting products is necessary. This study conducts analysis and improvement of LED tube on its current structure and assembly methods. The new proposed design of LED lighting set tries to integrate the parts and simplify numbers of parts which could reduce the assembly time by using conduction element instead of welding the wires.
