The purpose of design is for combining two bandpass filters to be one dual-bandpass filter. This dual-bandpass filter has the better size and more economizing. The design is combined withπ-sharped bandpass filter and a π-sharped bandstop filter by LTCC. It was designed by image impedance design method. The center-frequents of design are 2.45GHz and 5.5 GHz, we can apply them on the frequency ranges of WLAN. The microwave transition structure, another model according to the thesis, which can be applied on power combining systems. The signals will be low transmission lost by transmission line to the waveguide. Waveguide is usually the intermediary among the power combining system. The biggest benefit of it, is low transmission loss. The signal of power combining systems usually delivered by transmission line, so we have to transfer the transmission of signals by transition structure. The design shows wide bandwidth and high transmission efficiency over 94%.
